The Dan Taylor Roach combines design features from both the BS model and the Crutch. This surfboard’s nose is wider than the BS, but is pulled in tighter than the Crutch. The Roach performs like a modern shortboard and has a similar rocker to the Crutch. You want this surfboard a good 2” or 3” inches shorter than your shortboard.
