« What to Expect From a Single Fin
Singles also barrel ride very well . That big fin at the back is not letting go . If you start to get sucked up the face ,the nose candrop and save you . On a thruster you are gone.
Hmmmm. Outdated? Perhaps surfing died with thrusters and contests. STOP THE HOP!

There might be a surfboard that bridges the gap. I ride a high performance single fin surfboard by Polfer Hull Designs. Doesnt quite spin out like a regular single fin but it has a lot of drive and is easier and more free flowing than a thruster. Check one of those out.
