The Lake Racer by Infinity Surfboards is a wonderful board to paddle on flat water. It has a deep V bow that splits the chop like a destroyer. The bow also knifes into the water to make a straight "lay-line" which means that the board will hold a straight course exceptionally well when you paddle on one side. (You don't need to continually change sides when you paddle in order to go in a straight line).
